independently walking.. how long have i done it?

the supervisor of the pca agency called me today and she TOLD me that she couldn't get ahold of vincent to see when and if he was gonna come and walk with me. i don't know if i believe her but that must be what the pca's in her agency do whenever she calls them to work and they don't wanna work, not answer the phone (because nyjbi admitted to me once that the supervisor called her phone and nyjbi just assumed it was because she wanted her to work- so she didn't answer the phone). ALL that i REALLY need assistance with is to make sure that i'm safe when i walk. it's bullshit that these pca's can't EVEN fuckin assist me in walking up and down the hallway for 35 minutes straight. i mean.. i can see if they're lazy fat assholes but it's good exercise for ANYONE and it's not like i require them to hold me or have any skills besides walking up and down the hallway and making sure that i don't fall- which i BARELY come close to falling but i DO have my moments. i've gotten WAY better compared to when i FIRST started walking independently about.. i don't even remember how long ago.. around 13 years ago? i'm not talking about how long this pca agency has been assisting me or about how long i've been walking at this apartment.. i'm talking about walking independently in general. i'm just estimating.. could be a little longer or shorter, but around that length of time ago.
